    Seriously the worst service I've had at a Tim Hortons. I start work very early and I made sure to leave earlier to make time for some Tim's coffee. First, once i finally got to the speaker to order i could not hear or understand the person. The drive-thru wait was about 12 minutes to get to the window to pick up my order. I can see the lady getting my order. I watched her grab my empty cup with her fingers wrapped over the top and inside the cup. She kept walking back and forth like she was lost. She then poured the coffee from 2 near empty pots. I watched her put the lid on without adding the cream or sugar I requested. I was already going to be late for work and I knew if I stuck around I was going to share some choice words.... I drove off and I will never go back.

    I got a time Hortons gift card for Christmas and so i thought I would stop by this Tim Hortons to get get some Tim bits ( donut holes ) and a hot chocolate. I walked in and there was a very short line, I did not wait long The lady that helped me was friendly and fast, I got my Tim bits and Hot chocolate. I sat down and notice that there was a sign saying something to the effect " leave your tray , well get " and notice like 2 or 3 tables with treys with wrappers, Kinda of messy feeling I got but whatever, the Tim Bits were good ( I tried the french cruller for first time and It wasn't half bad.) the only thing I was a little disappointed was the Hot Chocolate, kinda bland, no whipped cream, never was offered any. was kind of disappointed. But I will continue to return for the Tim bits, a while ago They had a banana flavored Tim Bit, MMMM, Looking for that to return.

    There is no coffee like Tim Hortons always fresh and they have great coffee I go there every morning!!

    Not a fan of this location. When possible I travel 2 miles out of my way to go to the next closest. Unfortunately my commute takes me by this one as the closest so I do stop here often. As far as the coffee and food, typical TH and good. It's the lack of training, attention to detail and skill of the employees here that make it a pass by. At least half of all experiences I have here are frustrating or miserable. Staff is overwhelmed, lack of management helping, it's just a big mess. Going inside is worse then the drive thru so by all means stay in your car. You'll wait just as long as inside but at least you'll have piece of mind. The only thing that keeps this a 2 star review is the product. If you need your Tim Hortons and have to stop here, just pack a ton of patience. If you can go a little further and have time, you should.

    The drive through is amazing, the Tim Horton employees are always fast and friendly! Especially considering the volume of business! The coffee is always a treat. I do appreciate the good service.

    Busy busy busy . . location. Was out & about running errands & had a couple of Tim Horton's gift cards handy. So I ordered an caramel iced capp supreme. Eventually got to the window, the young man hands me out a beverage without caramel or whip cream. I glance at it & inquire "Where are the things I paid for? He hands it back to the gal , she asks "What is it missing ?" I reply "Whip Cream & Caramel " she squirted . .some whip cream in it & a dollop of caramel , smaller than a DIME Oh Boo!

    I stop in on my way to work sometimes. I try to order oatmeal unless they run out which happens frequently. I also often order a bagel toasted easy on the cream cheese. Well the bagel ALWAYS comes out burnt on the edges, but not toasted at all, with probably a half cup of cream cheese. They often screw my order up when I ask for an unsweetened ice tea. I have to taste it before driving away because I'd say 25% of the time it has sugar in it. But I can always always always count on good coffee. Other than than the coffee, its hit or miss.

    The coffee is real good, but they screw up my order now and then. And this location runs out of inventory more often than it should.

    The staff there is so friendly and the atmosphere was great. Coffee was fantastic and fast.

    It's just like every other Tim Hortons out there. Food and coffee are good and this location can get busy at times.

    Absolutely horrible this morning. They took over 10 minutes at the window to get a simple order out. They handled everything out piece by piece. The donut was stale and the breakfast sandwich was cold. I sent it back and it only came back luke warm. They were so slow cars began driving off after ordering. Oh did I mention they screwed the drink order up too. I should have demanded a refund but that would have taken even longer. Never going back to this location.
